Which audio / video formats do you support?

GEM AI currently supports three convenient export options: Copy to Clipboard: Instantly copy the full text to paste directly into your favorite text editor, email, or document. .TXT (Plain Text): Download a clean, standard text document of your entire transcript. .SRT (Subtitles): Export a formatted subtitle file complete with timestamps, perfect for instantly captioning your videos on platforms like YouTube or social media.

How much does it cost?

Standard Plan (₦7,500/month): Perfect for regular creators, featuring up to 25 tasks per day and 150MB upload limits. Pro Plan (₦12,000/month): Our most popular tier for power users, offering unlimited daily processing, priority speeds, and 500MB upload limits. Enterprise Plan (₦20,000/month): Built for high-volume workflows, featuring unlimited usage, maximum processing speeds, and massive 2GB file upload capacity. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard.
Is GEM AI secure?
Yes, your privacy and security are our top priorities. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/SSL) to protect all data transferred across the platform. When you upload media for transcription, image upscaling, or background removal, your files are processed securely. To ensure your complete privacy, we automatically delete temporary media files from our servers immediately after processing is complete. Additionally, all subscription payments are handled securely through our verified payment partner (Paystack), meaning GEM AI never stores or has access to your credit card information.
Is it really unlimited?
Yes! On our Pro and Enterprise plans, the number of tasks you can process daily is truly unlimited. We don't cap how many videos you can download, images you can generate, photos you can upscale, or audio files you can transcribe. To ensure blazing-fast processing speeds and a reliable experience for everyone, our unlimited plans are governed by a generous Fair Use Policy. This is simply to prevent automated bot activity or server abuse. As long as you are using GEM AI for your regular personal or professional creative workflow, you can create and process as much as you need without hitting a wall.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time with just a few clicks. Simply log into your account, navigate to your Dashboard, and look for the Manage Subscription section. From there, you can easily cancel your active plan. When you cancel, you will not lose your premium features immediately. You will continue to enjoy full access to your Pro or Enterprise benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will smoothly transition back to our Free Tier—you won't lose your account or your past activity, and you can always upgrade again whenever you are ready.
How does the B&W Photo Colorizer work?

What about accents, background noise, and poor audio quality?
Our audio and video transcription tool is powered by industry-leading neural networks trained on hundreds of thousands of hours of diverse, real-world audio. This makes it incredibly resilient to common audio challenges: Accents & Dialects: It seamlessly understands and accurately transcribes heavy regional accents and diverse dialects across over 30 different languages. Background Noise: The AI is designed to filter out everyday interruptions—like café chatter, traffic, wind, and HVAC hums—to focus on the primary speakers. Low-Quality Audio: While crisp, studio-quality audio always yields the best results, the AI is highly capable of recovering and transcribing muffled audio, older recordings, and low-quality phone microphones. (Note: In extreme cases where audio is heavily distorted or multiple people are loudly talking over each other at the exact same time, accuracy may drop slightly. However, the AI will still provide a highly accurate first draft that you can easily polish!)
Can it recognize different speakers?
